
Patty Caywood was born and raised in Casa Grande. She left Casa Grande in 1985 and moved to Morenci where here husband worked in the mines. She returned to Casa Grande in 1992 and in 1996 she accepted a job working for three Natural Resource Conservation Districts (NRCD). In 2006, she left the Districts to take a more active roll with the construction business that her and her husband owned. In 2009, they closed their business due to the economic downturn. In 2021, Patty returned to the Districts. She also serves as a Board Member for the Florence-Coolidge Natural Resource Conservation District and assists with the Arizona Association of Conservation Districts (AACD) Annual Meeting. Patty has won state awards for her work. She also keeps us informed as to key issues pertaining to water and soil management.
Patty serves on the Board for the Historical Society Museum of Casa Grande. She is also a Board Member for Pinal County Farm Bureau.
Most recently, Patty has been involved with the farm tours driving tractors taking participants down to the cotton field and answering questions they may have.
